Dijana Novak Kresic

Dijana Novak Kresic is an architect, design thinker & illustrator based in Croatia.

Previously working as a project manager in civil engineering, ten years ago found balance in connecting her creative and business-oriented career by becoming a design thinking and sprint consultant.

As a consultant, she combines business-oriented project management experience with a designer mindset and visual storytelling skills to facilitate the implementation of innovations and creativity in organisations and leadership.

Her painting and video art pieces were published and exhibited in CICA Museum, Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea; Ithra Museum, Saudi Arabia and in several physical and online galleries in the USA.

Today, she regularly illustrates the leading column in the weekly magazine Express24sata.

If you ask her what she does, she’d say: “I’m still an architect, but not for houses”.

Bloombalena is her second book. The first book, “Right way to be wrong – Small book about biases”, was published locally, in Croatia.
